Letsfin acts only as a facilitator — not as a principal, reseller, or agent of any party.

• All transactions, negotiations, or agreements between Buyers and Sellers are conducted directly between them.
• Letsfin is not responsible for the quality, accuracy, legality, fulfillment, or delivery of any listed product or service.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate, updated, and complete business and contact information.
• Use the platform for lawful business purposes only.
• Not engage in fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, or abusive conduct.
• Respect Letsfin’s role as mediator and not bypass or directly approach parties introduced via the platform without consent.

Any violation may result in suspension, legal action, or termination of access.

All disputes shall first be resolved amicably through negotiation.
Failing that, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in New Delhi, India, under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
The arbitration proceedings shall be in English and the award shall be final and binding.
